On the nose this wine appears to be your average Chilean Sauv Blanc. Go on to taste it and the palate is anything but average! Vibrant fruit flavours of green apple, pear and citrus are front and centre while undertones of tomato leaf and taragon linger on the finish. Great texture, acidity and tons going on here. Enjoy with pan seared scallops or a seafood salad.
