Gamay, which makes up the sole component in this rose comes from a vineyard in McIntyre Bluff north of Oliver. The aromas here are strawberry and rhubarb, cedary notes with forest floor and some fine spice. It is dry and mouth-watering on the palate – expect tart fruit and pink grapefruit flavours with similar cedar and fine spices lingering on the finish.
