Pale straw in color, the nose opens with lemongrass, pink grapefruit and honey. The palate is crisp and thirst quenching with pronounced acidity and zesty flavours. Notes of peach, citrus, green apple and mineral can be found with just a hint of residual sugar on the finish. This is a versatile food wine that would be best paired with delicate seafood dishes or Asian inspired cuisine with an element of spice. Like all of the wines at Tantalus, this Riesling was farmed by hand using sustainable viticulture techniques.
